We still have to do a lot of works. The logo can be changed. But we have to put something similar so people can understand that it's a site of RUET people at his first view. We are open to take any helps like interface design, logo design, etc. Please feel free to share your idea with us.

Hello & how are you ? Have you seen social forum orkut ? If not, you can visit orkut to get some Idea. I think in every one's profile their series and dept name should be included (mandatory). Otherwise it is very confusing to recognize someone,  whether he is my friend or any senior brother.

Any way, image size(60X60)  for profile seems very mini to me.. and I think at the time of upload it should take any size image. Then at server end it should resize it. Otherwise.. Each time some one trying to upload a bit big image , it gives warning.

I hope you don't mind  on my comments.

Department and series name has  been added for profile page. Regarding the image size, we are going to discuss about this issue and its possibilities & threats.

At present, I request every member to set an image for the profile which dimension is 60 * 60.

With same dimensional image, make the pages much better looking.

Engr. F. Azam (Lemon Bhai) answered few issues. I just want to say that our system has many limitations right now like I said the space is only 200 MB so if we dont limit the size of an image, we cant afford eventually. Anyway, we have target to make this site more usable when we will be capable with respect to space and other stuffs.

Can you believe that the access log size of MYRUET is becoming minimum 6 MB daily? It's just surprising. It seems that a lot of ppl visiting the site but we have a very low space & bandwidth. Well, we are thinking all about the issues.

Please send other suggestions/bugs to make MYRUET more usable.

Yes I also noticed this. Basically we are using a wrapper function of overlib module. And we mainly focused on IE since most of the users are using IE. But personally I use IE & all Gecko based browsers. I will try to fix this problem. I understand this is a problem, but at the same time I also need to put extra concentration on IE. Thanks for noticing this error. Please keep posting more  bugs that will help us fix problems.
